Recently, we had the pleasure of working on a 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz that came to us with significant front body damage. This vehicle needed a fresh new look with repairs that included headlight replacements, grill & hood repair, new fender, and front bumper replacement.
ASSESSMENT
The Santa Cruz came in with visible damage to its front end, including both headlights, the grill, front bumper, and the fender. We closely examined each damaged component, not only for visible cracks and dents but also for any underlying structural damage that could affect the vehicle’s performance or safety. Fortunately, we found that the frame was intact, meaning we could focus primarily on the cosmetic and functional parts of the front end.
REPLACEMENTS
Headlight Replacement
For this Santa Cruz, we replaced both headlights with brand-new factory-grade lights, ensuring perfect alignment for optimal visibility and a flawless fit with the bumper and grill.
Grill Hood Repair
With a damaged grill, airflow to the engine can be affected, and it takes away from the car’s bold aesthetic. We ordered a matching grill, directly from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM), ensuring a perfect match to the 2024 Hyundai Santa Cruz’s design.
Fender Repair and Replacement
Fenders play an important role in protecting the wheel wells from debris, so we installed a new OEM fender to provide durability and perfect alignment with the hood, door, and bumper.
Front Bumper Replacement
We replaced the bumper with a matching OEM piece, ensuring it was installed to exact specifications for safety, fit, and finish.
